TruMark Financial Credit Union Community Relations Coordinator Judges Marketing Competition
TREVOSE, Pa. — Randi Marmer, community relations coordinator for TruMark Financial Credit Union, served as a judge for the Pennsylvania Distributive Education Clubs of America (DECA) District #8 Career Development Conference on January 3 at the Crown Plaza Hotel in King of Prussia, Pa. DECA, a national organization, helps students to develop marketing and management skills, build self-esteem, prepare for leadership roles, and practice community service. Approximately 290 students from Northern Chester and Montgomery counties attended the competition. Students who placed first, second, third, and fourth in the events will compete at the DECA State Leadership Conference in Hershey in February. Some of the events include business service marketing, internet marketing, and hotel management.
