    Cancellations and Refunds:

    All requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than Friday, July 2. Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be processed following conclusion of the conference. Substitute participants will be accepted at any time.

    About the Hotel:

    This year’s Annual Conference will be at the historic and classic Renaissance Grand Hotel St. Louis, only 15 minutes from Lambert International Airport. Walk to numerous attractions and restaurants in the hotel’s neighborhood, including the Gateway Arch, Union Station, Busch Stadium, the Anheuser-Busch Brewery, and riverboat casinos.

    The group rate is $119 per night plus room tax. To make your reservation, call 800-266-9432 and mention "NYIB." Room rates are guaranteed through July 2. After that, rooms will be offered at the conference rate provided space is available.
